OutBound sends its packets directly to the network interface trying to bypass the firewall.
Which makes OutBound different from other leaktest is that it uses TCP packet with few flags enabled, trying to make them seen as an established connection. Many Firewall doesnt filter this kind of packet to keep safe CPU and system resources.
